Terrible service and contactability

Used their courier service this morning and what a mistake that was. Order was collected from me and taken to my customer. Due to operational delays, my customer missed the courier by 2 minutes. The courier left with my goods without trying to contact me to notify of the delay. I have tried to get a hold of Uber with absolutely no reply form their customer support on the app.

Now my customers goods are somewhere with the driver and I cannot contact him or Uber to rectify this. From being an international business, this is unacceptable and is causing delays which may result in me losing the order and customer.

I wont ever use this service again and caution anyone using this for their goods. I will rather use local couriers in future.
