Terrible service

I have indeed some issues vs. over charging. It’s difficult times, we not all have funds to pay for lux trips. So choosing or waiting to pay less, and after you get changed R30 to R50 more it’s very frustrating- worse is when you finally get hold of customer services, takes yet another week to explain and then 10 days to get credited (still waiting). This on your card.

If you choose cash, well they never ever have change so you land up paying over the amount you have selected - not nice at all.

Wait until you get on a ride, we’re the driver gets a fine. He charged you for the tin the police officer took to give the fine.

Unacceptable!!!
