Terrible Service

<p>I was charged R412.00 which was taken de my account and I am still waiting for my money!! I can't seem to understand why They can't just reverse the charge as they are suppose to. It's almost a week that I have been waiting. Shocking service. Can I please get my money back immediately!!!</p>
