Terrible service

<p>Used UBER after JB concert. I accepted the fare rates. Once I was dropped home I was excessively charged a second amount. After contacting UBER I was told I will be refunded within 3 days. Today I was partially refunded and now being told it will take up to 30 days for the full refund to reflect</p>
