Terrible Service

I recently had a trip and it was cut short by the driver who decided to put me out of the car because he was scared to go to my destination where I was going to pick up my kids, After putting me out in the middle of nowhere, I logged a query with Uber to notify them that my phone was in the car, I then got a confirmation from them to say that the driver has my phone and will take it to the nearest Greenlight Hub where I can go collect it, Its 5 days later and my phone still has not been dropped off & Uber is not assisting me in getting the driver to drop off my personal phone which he has!!

To me it looks like Uber is condoning theft & wrong doing with their drivers & covering up when they do something wrong.
