Terrible customer service from an Uber driver.

I had requested a ride for a friend. The driver got paid via EFT because she could not find an atm. She transferred to his account. Then he contacts me stating she did not pay him but she said that she did. He continued the trip and got the bill to nearly R200. He refused to end the trip even after being paid. When we called him he keeps lying saying he did not get paid. Please deal with him. What he is doing is wrong. I am not satisfied. His name is Nicolas and his license plate number is JM50DDGP.
