Terrible and ****py customer service

What a terrible TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I called an uber from Checkers Kosmosdal and my ride was literally 1 minute away. Instead of coming all the way this stupid driver turned back and headed to Midrand without making contact. I send endless messages alerting him that he is heading in the wrong direction but to no avail. I was an hour and a half late to my appointment then suddenly I'm assigned a new driver. Fix your ****py app!
