Temporary hold of amount on my bank account

A temporary hold of R238.00 was placed on my bank on the 3rd of December 2017. To this day the hold has not been released/reversed even though I did not make the Uber trip and even after it was confirmed by Uber that I was not billed for the trip. Also after several emails from the Uber SA Help portal my money is still pending almost a month later!!! Such a schlep to get my money back!? I want my money!!!
