Temporary authorization hold not yet released to my account

I experienced bad planning which inturn affected me, very disappointed and need assistance urgently.

I requested return trips from Uber on the 14 August in October while on vacation, to my surprise both times the drivers asked for cash after my card was debited which after they cancelled the rides i got a message that ill be refunded which ive still not received my refund till today and mind you it was not cheap close to R600 of my money i could have put to good use but instead was duplicated.

I want my refunds back
