Taking Money for No service

<p>My uber account under email ********** was deducted with R25 when the driver cancelled because he messed but my bank account was deducted R33 then the next day my account was deducted R39 when I cancelled the Uber even though the invoice says R0 I was never refunded this R72 and now I see on my app I have a R25 credit which should be R72 actually but when I book an uber it deducts full amount from my account instead of using the credit first I need these issues resolved you cant just take my money without giving an actual service.</p>
