TAKING MONEY

<p>I am desperately trying to assist a family get to and from a particular location on a weekly basis. With the communities’ assistance, I have received Uber vouchers to aid in this process...as a round trip is over R200 <br /> The community has been so supportive. UBER - HAS NOT. Despite loading the vouchers - UBER STILL debits my credit card!!! As much as I would like to manage this entire operation on my own - I CANNOT it is not financially possible! And still my cc is debited. I do not have the money to do this continuously and their response in the past (this has happened on numerous occasions) I have had to deal with responses like - " ....simply go to the Payment section and select this option" I DID THIS! <br />I am due to schedule a return trip for this family in an HOUR ....and i am panicking about where this amount will be paid from!!!!</p>
