Firstly, Uber does not come to my neighborhood. Let's start there. Secondly, it is ALWAYS a struggle for me to get a driver. Even when I am not in my neighborhood. Must be personal SMH. After "trying to locate a driver" for over 20 minutes, they double deduct my account. I am most certainly not making use of Uber services ever again. I'll walk, thank you.
