Surprise costs and difficult complaint procedures.

Hi. It is very difficult to make a complaint to Uber. The online platform is not user-friendly.

Yesterday (28 May)I was waiting for an Uber vehicle. The vehicle then cancelled on me. The trip was reinstated and I see that I have been charged a cancellation fee of R15.

This is not at all fair.
