Super angry uber user

On Friday night the 21st. I requested uber and waited for ever. I first had to wait for a driver that was dropping off another client somewhere, which I did not mind until he never arrived. The app showed me that the driver is driving to Maponya mall as that is where I was but he never showed up. I waited and waited and called him but due to me not having air time on the number I registered with and calling from a different number, I could not get though to the driver. His/her name Pontsho vehicle reg HD74XFGP. I then sent him a msg via their chat page on the app but nooooooo, he/she never rep**** to all my 3 massages.

I was shocked and waited there for almost 2 house. I eventually closed the app and thought maybe it is not working. But to my surprise, after doing that and trying to re-request. I received an invoice for canceling my uber. What a wow.

I had to call my husband who was at work to make arrangements for me to get home. I was so angry and still angry that I re**** on uber thinking it is the most safest way to get home using a public transport yet it left me stranded and charged me for it.
