STRANDED after taking my Money

Uber left us STRANDED at 23:20 after accepting a PRE-BOOKED ride. They were quick to take the money from my account, TWICE. They sent the Drivers Name, Car and Numberplate, as we PRE-BOOKED at 19:00. As soon as it was time to pick us up the driver CANCELED our Ride and Left us STANDED at 23:20. I tried to book another ride and they Immediately took the money out of my account, just for them to Cancel once more. We were STRANDED and had no where to go. We had to walk and then find a place to sleep over at 23:20 on a Saterday Night. We had to pay a Ridiculous amount for a room and then the next morning had to call someone to come and pick us up. Uber left us STRANDED after taking my money and that is Totally unacceptable. I will keep on telling this story to everyone I know and will put it up every where after they left us helpless.
