****** Uber

I requested an Uber to collect my son from his friends house on Sunday morning. I watch the progress via the Uber app. It showed that my son was en route. He then phones me to say that Uber haven't picked him up. Turns out the driver picked someone else up and dropped them off at my expense. I complained to Uber and they basically told me I am lying. Baring in mind I spend an average of R3000 per month on Uber why would I lie about R56? This is despicable service.
