I ordered food and chose the option for it to be delivered at my door. I got a call from Uber that the driver is trying to get in contact with me. When I went to check my app the order was marked as delivered. I queried this and Uber connected me to the driver. He said he left the food at the gate. Not only was the food not there he blocked my number as well. The app does not offer support at all.
