****** credit card

Someone has been using my card to make trips with Uber. I have called Uber but cannot get hold of anyone. Between April 4th 2018 and August 21st 2018 R1,715.01 was ****** from my account . Someone, for example, went to the airport (O J Tambo) on July 21 *****ing R359.87 out of my account. They generously gave the driver R100.00 tip. The same person returned from the airport (O J Tambo), *****ing R393.14 out of my account and again generously gave the driver a R100.00 tip.

Has anyone else had trouble like this from Uber? Is there another taxi service I could use?
