Stole Phone By Driver - MB35VTGP

Good day

I am writing this email with great disappointment & dissatisfaction for the very time with Uber. My mom was sitting in the front seat with the driver & immediately after drop off when they contacted it. He switched the phone off.

His name is Dingaan Sello registration number MB35VTGP & works around palmridge, katlehong areas.

I only got reach of him after 2hours after several calls whilst he kept saying he will call me back which he never did. I have reported him to our community safety group as high alert.

He is a ***** and turnishing UBER. Iv always been a reliable customer to Uber but this experience has made me realise Uber is not safe at all.
