Me and my wife requested uber ride from LaMontagne (Balito) to Oceans Mall yesterday (18/02/2026). I paid R159 on the app. The driver took us to oceans mall and never closed the ride. This morning I realised that I was overcharged R488. I have been trying to call Uber call centre with no luck.

I want my money back, or I will open a ***** case against uber
