*****ING UBER DRIVER

Uber has no support for customers. It's so easy for their drivers to ***** items. On 8 July 2021, today my boyfriend forgot his laptop in the uber. Wr couldn't call the driver directly. And when we call via the app, he kept rejecting the call. We finally got a hold of him after 30 minutes, he claimed he did 10 trips already afterwards and someone could have taken the laptop coz he doenst see it. Theres no way of chatting to support, no way of getting the drivers number. The drivers name was Sakhile, his plate number is HB58XPGP... Beware of this remorseless *****. He was even rude on the call.
