Stay away from uber and it's ***** drivers

I paid for a ride cash, later I recieved a message in the app saying I did not pay. I made uber aware that the driver is being dishonest because I paid for this ride. Nobody seems to want to assist me, instead they send automated responses and now they told me they will stop responding to my messages. I have CCTV footage that I paid for the trip because I was dropped off at a place with camera. They still aren't responding and assisting. Why must I pay twice for a trip I already paid for. Now it show's that I owe uber money for a trip I paid for.
