Special Doesn't Work

I tried to do the Sunglass Hut special running today from 10am, i tried it at 10:15, I put in the promo code and I get a pop up message saying that the special only starts at 10am on Friday, I then tried again and now it says that the promotion code has already been used on my account. I got my bf and sister to try as well but they had exactly the same messages. I was very excited by this special and usually Uber is very reliable but not sure what went wrong here....3 people not able to take part in the special. Quite disappointed.
