Some Uber and UberEats drivers wet behind the ears and other truthful and so kind.

The following is a compliment and unfortunately also not...

I have been using the Uber App for years. Maybe not 1 constant account but maybe 2. A total of maybe 9 years or so?

Anyway!!! For most of my experiences with Uber I have had wonderful experiences and good stories to tell! Obviously here and there problems have cone up but it is normal things that happen - examples being, almost getting in accidents, standing without petrol and we as the guest end up pushing the car, rude service. Then obviously great experiences... Examples being where they are friendly enough to stop at another place without actaully afding a stop, being nice enough to wait when you ask them, lovely conversations and being able to play some banging tunes...

HOWEVER... More recently (I want to say the last year) I have been experiencing drivers not ending the trip when the trip acrually ended and ens up driving furder and then only ending OR crazier than that Uber and UberEats drivers have come to the idea of thinking it is okay to say you did not pay your food and or trip and most of the times you rven give more money because they ALWAYS seem to not have change... Now I must go complain because the drivers or delivery people are greedy??? Excuse me? And then (NOT always) UberEats will tell you when they pay the difference of which the driver said wasn't paid that this would be the last time that they would do that? Excuse meeeee? So I must pay more because you have greedy drivers? Check yourself.

Will continue to use the service like I do most the services I complain about and it is for the sole purpose to see if something is being done about is...
