So Disappointed!!! Lack of Feedback

I am so disappointed with Uber SA services. I lost my purse with valuables in the Uber, couldn’t call the driver immediately because the number isn’t provided. I reported it on the app and to date there is no feedback, tried their twitter page and that didn’t help. I shared the police affidavit and all and I still haven’t gotten feedback, good or bad!!
