Sneaky drivers

I use uber courier to collect parcels from a supplier and I discovered that the drivers collect your parcels and then they dnt move for a while so I asked him why he was still there as the supplier contacted me as soon as he received the parcel. They then charged me an additional R40 for waiting. I certainly won't be using that service again.
