Shocking Uner eats service

So i ordered my food via the app at 20.45 u can imagine after a long day i decide to buy an additional R150 of a once off app voucher since i had R200 to purchase tonights dinner. 1stly the now R350 doesn't offset the basket the R355 of my order goesnoff my accout at this point i dont care. Im hungry and so are my kids. 2 hrs later the food hasn't arrived. I phone the restaurant they confirm the uber driver jst collected the food 2 minutes ago. They corroborate the details i have on my order and that my driver was Nomsa. So as i track her on the app when she was 2min frm delivering the order disappears off my tracker on the app with no reason. I phone the restaurant and am told she cancelled the order.
