SHOCKING! Uber (and Uber Eats) South Africa is appalling!

I have had a few experiences with Uber South Africa (JHB specifically) as of late which have been absolutely shocking!

Firstly, the Uber Eats drivers on motorbikes don't wear protective gear and in the last few days, I have seen 2 accidents involving Uber Eats drivers and I almost knocked an individual due to their light being exceptionally dim, driving at night, in load shedding, dressed in all black - The driver was not visible at all!!

Secondly, the state of the Uber vehicles are appalling! They are smelly, hot and in very bad condition. Furthermore, the drivers at night seem to really struggle with night blindness. There have been a number of times whereby drivers drive all over the road and almost miss curbs. It is a complete safety hazard and goes against the reasoning of using Uber in the first place.
