Shocking Support Since March

I have been trying to reset my Uber account since March, i have sent every document requested. A total of 13 emails but nothing. I cant get a contact number to call and explain the situation. So my account was deleted but Uber informed me that my cell number would be blocked, why? i have had the same number for 16 years and now it is blocked? I have sent every document requested but still nothing. the application is great when it works but support is shocking.<br> <br> Is Uber so big that they couldn't care about a single client? I guess I will continue to use the meter taxi companies.<br> <br>
