SHOCKING SERVICE UBER!!

Absolutely shocking service numerous times from uber as well as uber eats! I have ordered food on 2 occasions and was charged, and no food was delivered. I have been overcharged for trips where the driver did not end the trip, the drivers have been late! I absolutely refuse to ever support uber again - I have deleted the apps. I know numerous customers who have had the same TERRIBLE service. Uber has wasted my money and time. I do not foresee a positive outlook for this company if they continue with this shocking service. I am appalled.
