Shocking service from Uber

I always thought Uber was the best until the past week.. I have had the worst service and even when i try to reach out to their customer care, i still get the most outrageous service. Honestly i am disappointed in how even now i have not received any feedback from the driver or the call center regarding my lost of my item, seemingly they don't care at all about their clients.
