Shocking service from Uber

This morning 27 March 2025 I requested an Uber it was under R50 for the trip how ever the driver had to make a stop to put water in his car. This then made my fare hire to R82 which I feel I should not pay for his stop for water. Uber respond and said the fair is what was charged for the route. They didn't hear me when I said why must I pay extra for the driver !!! And they won't refund me the difference. Uber is becoming sly and does not hear the customer. It is a different story of I the customer had requested a stop but this is the driver who requested a stop. He should also make sure his car is running smoothly before each trip.
