Shocking service and ************

I had the most shocking experience with Jackson Sipho with an Uber Go ride this morning (4 December 2023). I requested an Uber ride after arriving in Park station. I waited a while, and then received a message from Jackson Sipho to say he had a arrived. I texted back to say I am here and walked to his car. When I got to his car and tried to open the door, he locked the doors and cancelled the ride. He then made me request another ride with him while I waited outside his car. So he charged me cancellation fees plus the fee for the new trip
