Shocking service

I placed an order on Sat, order no: 4067D with Chicken Licken Rivinia. The order never arrived but the delivery was closed as delivered. I tried to contact them but they were not willing to assist. After using they're chat service they advised that they will refund me on monday. It's tuesday 12pm and they're no sign of my money. This is beyond bad service. It's shocking. They're managers keep on telling you to place another order.
