Shocking Overcharge by Uber: Driver Doesn't End Trip, Outrageous Service Failure!

I am outraged by the service I received from Uber! After dropping off my parcel, the driver didn't end the trip and continued with his day, finally ending it after 3 hours and 11 minutes for a trip that was less than 15 minutes.

When I contacted the driver, they claimed technical issues prevented them from ending the trip until they got home. They promised to speak with Uber about reimbursing me. However, Uber refused to adjust the trip price, charging me almost 10 times more than what I should have paid.

This is completely unfair! Uber has access to the route and can clearly see the trip wasn't stopped after the drop-off. I demand a refund for the overcharge and a proper explanation for this mishandling. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and angry with Uber's service.
