Shocking and disgusted!!!!!

An Uber driver by the name of Nhlanhla/Oupa who drives a Toyota Corolla DF38FHGP verbally abused my 63 year old mother and almost physically assaulted my 14 year old nephew. This abusive, ******** and down right rude person (for a lack of a better word) dropped of two people who live in a passage next to my house. He had parked his car right on our property, as in on our pavement right by our gate, not on the street, right on our property and as a result, my mom walked out and said to him "I thought you were a delivery person here to drop off a parcel" and he went ballistic! He then responded in Sesotho by saying " No its not a delivery. What? Do you have a problem?". My mom then said "No I don't have a problem but I saw a car parked on my property and that's why I was asking". He then saaid a whole bunch of stuff and called my mom a "f'ing mad woman" and other profanties. My mom walked away because she didn't want to engage but as she was walking back, my nephew had heard the commotion and walked out to find out what's the problem as he heard the f bombs being thrown at his grand mother. He asked why my mom is being sworn at and why he called my mom a mad woman and as my nephew ws asking this, he kept telling him to shut up. Fed up and shocked at the utter lack of respect, my nephew prompted the driver to come out of the car. He then asked my nephew if he wanted to vome into his car. We went to the people who had been dropped off by this "person" and they said he outright refused to drop them off at the passage amd dropped them off on my mothers property. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted that this is the calibre of people hired and these are people who deal with customers on a daily basis. Shouldn't customer service be of the utmost importance. My mom wasn't a client but his reaction and verbal abuse was unwarranted. My mom didn't want me to report this because he was so angry and unhinged so she is worried that he might come back and do something to us as he knows where we live but I don't care because this was absolutely ********** behaviour. The amount of anger he exhibited, unacceptable and shocking. I want this attended to. He cannot go around verbally assaulting people for asking a simple innocent question. Someone better get back to me about this becasue this is not something I am willing to let slide, especially not in the current climate we are in.
