shocking and absoulte disgust!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have always been using uber and kept thinking what great service, yesterday evening i was left stranded in greenstone with the storm with my 2 year old son... I requested uber at 17:47 the gentlemen BEN (toyota corolla) called me and advised he was on the way and asked which entrance i was at, i informed he i was at entrnace 1 which he then said he was a few minutes, and after my app informed me he was only 3min away i then i tried to call him back when i saw it was now going for 10min and has been no uber, there was no answer on his phone, i then went ahead a requested another uber at 18:03 the app requested and advised drive Beuideal was on his way also three minutes away, upon cramming his number plate i waited for him to arrive i waited 30minutes my battery died and still no uber showed up, do u have any idea whats its like to be left stranded when think u cam rely on uber to pick u up and worst is i was with my two year old son. had to walk home from greenstone mall to my house greenstone crest which is a 25min walk while carry bags and my son, highly annoyed that this is the service i receieved while all the while i use uber all the time. i will never use ur service again. Been advised to download taxify i think everyone should.., as my friend was also left stranded for 30mintues at greenstone mall last week friend...</p>
