Shameful conduct.

I was debited with a toll fee when the particular toll booth we passed through has been exempted from toll charges by the Minister of Transport due to the recent floods in KZN. This exemption has as yet not being withdrawn, but trying to get Uber or it's personnel to understand this seems to be an exercise in futility as they respond with generic answers and do not address the issue in question. How many people are prejudiced in this way, not even mentioning the amount of money siphoned from accounts?
