Shame on you for cutting short trips and dropping people far from their destination

I ordered an uber today from Naturena to Park Station for my aunt. this was around 15:24. Themba Reason was the driver who was driving a suzuki dzire and speaks Xitsonga. we paid R100.00 for the trip as per the uber and i asked him nicely if he could drop my aunt at JHB park station. She two large suitacases and was dropped off somewhere in Braamfontein where she had to walk a mile. She had to pay another R100.00 for the trolley guys to assist her with her luggage. How apaling. Really Uber.?
