Service is horrible

Left my phone in the uber and I tried to contact uber immediately to contact the driver and I was told they trying to reach the driver and the matter is with the specialist team. Three weeks still no feedback, your service is horrible. The uber 5 years back is not the uber currently, I guess making money is making you lose your integrity.
