Serious misconduct from uber driver

On Saturday 31 january 2026 approximately 14:45, a driver accepted my trip and arrived at the pickup location. When I approached the vehicle, the front passenger seat was occupied by a bag, a water bottle, and other items. The driver refused to move his belongings and told me to get another ride. The driver swore at me, appeared to be intoxicated and was extremely aggressive!

He refused to cancel the trip intentionally, leaving it active for approximately 10–15 minutes before finally canceling himself. I felt unsafe during this encounter. This behavior is unacceptable and poses a risk to passengers.

This is the second time this year that I've experienced serious misconduct from a uber drivers where complaints bare no fruits, no feedback about disciplinary procedures!?

My details are known now to this driver and this poses a serious security risk to me and my family as this was infront of my home!

I would like feedback on disciplinary and protective procedures taken against this driver from uber without delay.
