Seeing RED

So I requested a trip, name of the driver is Allan, unfortunately that's all the information i have of him, he sent me message to say he had arrived when I got outside he wasn't there, texted him and asked where he was he then asked me where it is I was going, I told him to which che rep**** "that's not far you can walk" I thought he had made a mistake and asked him to repeat himself and he gladly repeated the exact same nonsense, next thing my trip.was canceled and soon thereafter I received an email saying the reason why my trip was canceled is because I wasn't wearing a mask, I am appalled to say the least, this is unacceptable at all, I know Uber should have a record of the driver who canceled my trip for that reason, which was a lie, I need this person dealt with firmly, I need feedback from Uber and I need it urgently, this is unacceptable, my name is Thokozani and number is ***
