****med for R400

I took a trip which is about 5km and usually I'm charged between R28 and R35 on this day, the trip says I went to a different location and charged me more that R400, when queried, I was advised that the amount was pending on my bank account and would be reversed in a few days, when this did not happen, I queried again, and received the same response.

I've used Uber for years and this is the first time I've been ****med by them, really disappointed
