**** business - Charged cancellation fee by driver

I've requested Uber as usual from Pretoria Gautrain station to the hospital. I knew from the 2 min the situation between Uber and Meter Taxi. I walked almost 500m to far points (1st Engine garage/ Kia motor) and then to Renault Motor. The driver kept asking via sms to walk further. I had foot injury and couldn't risk my life esp I was carrying my bag with all iPhone, 2 phones, wallet and other private stuff. I did not cancelled the trip but asked the driver to cancel the trip in case he couldn't manage to arrive on time (we did that before many time). Shortly I received email with CANCELLATION FEE OF R25??? I didn't cancel the trip myself and id the driver was the one then why charging me fee? I've been with Uber so far so great but this ks beyond professional business.

Its not about R25 but about not roping people in cheap way.
