**** and taking unauthorized money from bank account

I took a trip on Sat 2 October 2021 a hold of R112 and R91 was put on my account. After Rhst I was charged R118 twice. I called them 3Oct 2021 and they were having issues and was told Im not the only one where money was taken and not returned from my bank account. They said they are attending to it. Now their call number says its closed and not taking calls
