Safety not guaranteed with Uber parcel.

I requested Uber parcel on the 5th of March 2025...my sister gave me money for school fees and could not EFT so we requested Uber parcel as per usual thinking Uber is a safe company and does not hire ****s...drivers name is Siphamandla and after he received the parcel and realising it was money he cancelled the trip coming to me for delivery and fled with the money...now Uber does not want to help me get my money back.
