Safety Issue

I don't want to give to many details as I am scared of retaliation from my uber driver. I normally only use uber at night, because I find it risky to drive myself at night, because I can't see very well at night. I have obtained my license legally, but I will not put myself or other drivers at risk if I know I am not 100% able to complete my drive safely. The other night however I ordered an uber to take me to a friend's place. So now this uber knows both locations I frequent, my home and my best friend's house. Which makes me scared to report him. When he arrived his music was playing loudly which should've been my first warning sign, but seeing as I'm really low on cash right now I decided maybe he just likes loud music. We drove from my place then, now he drove all over the road. A trip that normally takes me and my friend roughly 13-15min he did in 8min. He kept veering into the other side of the road. On the way there he missed the exit of a circle and took the wrong one, when I notified him of this he reversed in the street and turned around. He nearly drove over the circle. As he dropped me off he actually spun his wheels going into the driveway, which makes no sense as it's pretty much flat, I've never had to use any power like that to get into that driveway. Now here's the part that concerned me even more. When he stopped at my place he parked with the passenger side away from the street lights. Me being as blind as a bat could not make out the dent in the bottom of his door, but when I got out by my friend we were pretty much next to a street light, which is where I could see he has been in an accident on the passenger side. Now I've been using uber for a couple of months, I've always given 5 stars because every previous driver I've had has been excellent and I truly enjoyed the rides. This guy however had me so scared my fingers started going numb and I felt like i couldn't get enough air into my lungs to tell him to stop the car I will walk the rest of the way. Please note this is in a dangerous country and I am quite a small girl. But this driver scared me enough that I would've rather walked the last 2km than continue driving with him. In fact I don't think I will use uber again, because I can't report him without fearing that he might figure out it's me and I can't block him effectively so I never get him as a driver again. I will rather provide my friend with fuel money to fetch me and drop me off at night. I have screenshotted his details. However I am too terrified to even post that. This driver had a 4.53 star rating. However he was either drunk or high on something while driving.
