Sad poor service!! Disgraceful

I am extremely disappointed in the poor service I have received from Uber.

I have been over charged for the second time due to the drivers error and Uber refuse to reimburse me. This blatant disregard of the customer is what will allow the drivers that are robbing us by ending the trip long after they have actually dropped us off or taking longer routes, to continue this behavior, and its sad that its only a few rotten apples that Uber refuses to deal with that will affect the entire Uber brand.

This for me is the final straw and I refuse to be ********** any longer.
