On 25/11 I requested a trip from my mobile device for my mother, from Umbilo to Suncoast Casino. The trip showed a cost of around R80. My mum was dropped off and the driver Vincent Mthunzi did not end my trip and traveled to Umlazi, a place I have never been to. I was charged R319. I have logged a complaint and a fool working at Uber tells me you have reviewed this and the destination did not match the one entered. Exactly!! because the idiot driver didn't end the trip and I was charged for it. I am now being told as though this is my fault and I'm not gona get a refund????????? This is absolute bul****. You cannot allow drivers to do this to commuters. I want my money back!!!! And the fool who dealt with my query needs to go back to school and catch a wake up. It's clear to see the driver did not end the trip when he dropped my mother off. I would have no dealings Umlazi. I want my money back
