On the 20/05/2025 I book a Uber home from work, I was charged R53 for my trip. I paid the driver an amount of R100, knowing that would have a credit of R47 for any future trips i could use. On the 22/05/2025 I checked my app too see that the driver had not credited my account however to my surprise there was an amount of R6 that I had to pay, and no credit of R47 was credited to my account. I reported this matter on the 22/05/2025 to inform uber. Uber never rep**** till today and now they are telling me that I am only querying this now, which is not true the matter was reported in two day. Due to their late response they are now advising that they cannot refund me as I reported the matter outside of 3 days of the trip. This company is a *******, proof was provided and still they do not want to credit me. I want my R47 credit on my account.
